This image shows (or resembles) a symbol that has been used by national-socialist organizations. The use of characteristic insignia of organizations that are outlawed in Germany (like the swastika of the Nazi Party) may be illegal in Germany, depending on context, under §86a of the German criminal code (StGB). Similar regulations are in effect in Austria, France (Art. R645-1 C. pén.) and Hungary (§269/B Btk). This image is used on Wikipedia for the purposes of education and information. |
