Paolo Tofoli (born August 14, 1966 in Fermo) is an Italian volleyball player. Standing at 188 cm, he plays as setter for M. Roma Volley.
He played 342 times for the Italy national volleyball team. Tofoli was two time world champion in 1990 and 1994. He was also four times gold medal at the European Championship (1989, 1993, 1995 and 1999).
