[edit] Against unconsulted article's name change
Would you go to the Talk page of the article you changed the name to Food crisis without any consultarion. This is what I wrote in the page. Mariordo (talk) 21:05, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Without consulting to anybody, the page name was changed by a user that does not have a Talk page. I think it should be reversed and discussed here first. This is a very specific crisis, in the future, they might be others. As an example, follow the series of articles relating to the Oil crisis, there is even a disambiguation page, because Wiki has articles on the specific 1973 oil crisis, the 1979 energy crisis, the 1990 spike in the price of oil and finally, the present Oil price increases since 2003. Also, the content refers to the 2007-2008, it is not a general article (we might have one in the near future). So, please let's go back to the other name, Wiki policies required the original author to be consulted, and all collaborating editors should have they saying too. - This page has been moved back to 2007–2008 world food price crisis per the discussion on the talk page. Please refrain from moving heavily trafficked pages without allowing adequate time for discussion in the future. Thank you, BanyanTree 00:26, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
