Talk:Pantsing

While I agree entirely with the validity of the information already provided in this article, I believe a minor rearrangement might be more effective. So I'm doing it. Kierah 10:04, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
SCORE! I found a fun game! I'm linking it to the main article. Kierah 11:56, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
Please, keep this article on Wikipedia. I have deleted extra details that significantly shortens the overall article. A subject, such as this, will not be found in a traditional hard copy encyclopedia. This means that a lot of claims cannot be verified in any scientific or academic way because no one (in the scientific or academic segments of society)conducts research on people having their pants pulled down. Therefore, information cannot be cited, much less, in the professional APA or MLA (or other citation styles) formats that Wikipedia requires. For example, have you ever read a magazine or newspaper (much less a scientific journal) article on people having their pants pulled down? No professional wastes his or hers time studying what is (usually) just a prank among teenagers and other young people. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.65.109.102 (talk • contribs)
In trying to defend this article you just proved my point. Thank you. Trumpetband 19:43, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
Go ahead and delete this article, but keep in mind, that the article that discusses "pranks" and the article about "wedgies" should be deleted, too. These are not scientific things, either. Perhaps, Wikipedia needs to start a project for nonacademic subjects.
- As long as the information can be sourced, keep it. Encylopedias are supposed to catalog human knowledge, so we shouldn't limit ourselves as to what we include. --164.107.223.217 04:39, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
