"The front wing is now being held below the nose, allowing the underbody aerodynamics to work properly"

I think this definately needs to be reworded, but I don't know how. The way it is, it sounds like a low nose is "improper" aerodynamically.--RA64 03:49, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

I changed it, but I'm still wondering where that "safety" bit about the nose came from. Mustang6172 04:43, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
A low nose can get underneath a car in a crash and, in some circumstances, cause the other car to go up and hit the driver's head. That's why a raised nose is safer - just so lnog as its not raised so high that it makes the car go up OVER the other car it htis. I believe the DP-01's nose has been designed with this in mind. I'd edit this into the article, but I'm not sure how to word it right... I think right here I may have only confused people.

I believe it should be ntoed that during the Laguna Seca test, the DP-01 driven by Sebastien Bourdais beat the lap time set by a Toyota Formula One car. I'm not really sure how best to word it, though.

I've removed the comment about the end of the DP-01 being the end of turbocharged engines in open wheel racing. They are under consideration for the new IRL formula in 2010 so its premature to call it the end. There have also been whispers of another series being interested in taking up the DP-01 and the Cosworth turbo, but this information is not yet confirmed and should not be included in the article yet.
