Talk:Pannexin

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"A pannexin is a member of a vertebrate family of proteins used to build gap junctions." This is an assumption not supported by evidence. No such demonstration of pannexin mediated gap juntions exists in the primary literature. Admittedly the field is still fairly small, but until such a demonstration is presented, I think the article is misleading. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wsilverman722 (talkcontribs) 21:36, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
