I've removed the Guyanese flag from this list; after all, the country has strong racial tensions, and the black population is only 30% of the country. Would they really adopt the Pan-African colors for their flag 1966? Neither the article on the flag of Guyana, nor a book of mine on flags, mention any relation to the Pan-African colours. Any comments? Picaroon9288|ta co 14:38, 1 August 2006 (UTC)

I personally think a new category should be created for countries like jamaica, Dominica ,St Kitts etc which are not located in Africa but have African descended populations. I think that they should be seperated from countries actually located in Africa. Comments ? Xerex 15:11, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Citations and references

This page is really hurting for cites. I am going to remove Grenada from this list unless someone can find a decent cite that identifies this flag as intentionally Pan-African, as opposed to coincidentally. -SigPig |SEND - OVER 21:13, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
