Pansy Tsang (Chinese: 曾秀清; pinyin: Tsang Sau Ching) is a voice actor in Hong Kong who is affiliated with Television Broadcasts Limited. Her husband is also a voice actor in Hong Kong, Wong Chi Ming, and they have children. She joined Asia Television Limited in 1990. After the voice actor section at ATV was dismissed, she became a freelance voice actor for a short period. In 2001, she joined TVB.

Her nickname is 豆豆, due to the fact that she played the part for 豆豆 (Azuki) in the animation series Azuki-chan. This animation has been broadcast for a long time and her performance fit the character well and because this character has a good image and is well-known. She generally acts as little or teenage girls, young women and sometimes little boys. On September 9, 2002, her fans established an unofficial newsgroup for her, in which the idol would come to leave messages.
