Pansipit River

The Pansipit River is a short river located in the Batangas province of the Philippines. The river is most notable for being the sole drainage outlet of Taal Lake. Due to the unique geological history of the lake, the river is its sole connection to the sea, with the Pansipit emptying into Balayan Bay.

Pansipit river is the passage way of marine fish from balayan bay which is giving occupation to the communities around the river. The Pansipit river is located in between the Barangay Pansipit and the Town of San Nicolas which is connected by Pansipit-San Nicolas Bridge constructed under His Excellency President Fidel V. Ramos and Agoncillo Mayor Nemesio De Sagun.
