Panorama Hills is a suburban residential neighborhood in the north-west quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is a new community, located at the northern edge of the city, north of Country Hills boulevard.

The community was established in 1997. It is represented in the Calgary City Council by Ward 3 Alderman Jim Stevenson.[3]


The historical sites Reverend George McDougall Cairn and the John A. Lewis Rock Quarry are located within the neighbourhood, and it borders the Country Hills golf course to the south-west.

In 2006 the neighbourhood had a population of 10,277.[4] Residents in this community had a median household income of $90,859 in 2000, and there were 5.1% low income residents living in the neighborhood.[1] As of 2000, 28.7% of the residents were immigrants. Most buildings are single-family detached homes, and 3.4% of the housing was used for renting.[2]

Students in the Catholic District attend St. Jerome Elementary School while other students attend Dr. J. K. Mulloy Elementary School.
