Pannu

Pannu also spelled Pannun is the name of a Jatt clan found primarily in the Northern Indian state of Punjab, mainly located in the Doaba and Majha region. Pannu's are also found in the malwa region specifically Ludhiana. Most of them are Sikhs by religion. Pannu is also a common surname in Finland. Many historians claim that the Pannu's of Punjab and the Pannu's of Finland share similar ancestory.[citation needed]
