Panimalar Engineering College is a coeducational undergraduate and graduate institution situated in Nasarethpettai, about 10 km from Chennai, India. It was established by Satyabama Group in 2000, and the first group of engineers graduated in 2004.[citation needed] Currently Mr. Rajapandi is the principal and Mr. Chinnadurai is the secretary.[citation needed]

The Institution maintains departments in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics EngineeringandMechanical Engineering. Master's degree programs includes Master of Computer Applications and Master of Business Administration.[1]
