Panic Room are a band made up of former Karnataka(band) members Jonathon Edwards, Gavin John Griffiths, Paul Davies and Anne-Marie Helder with Alun Vauhan on Bass Guitar.
They Released their debut album "Visionary Position" to great critical acclaim in early 2008.
Anne-Marie Helder is currently on fulltime duty with Mostly Autumn as keyboard, backing vocalist and flautist.
