Pang Yi was an officer of the Three Kingdoms Period that served under that of Liu Zhang. Pang Yi later assisted Zhang Lu as the prefect of Han Zhong. After Liu Bei invaded Liu Zhang's land of Shu, Pang Yi was selected to serve as minister of Han Zhong.
