Panel Action Bingo is a bizarre Game Boy game where the player controls a bird. The player's goal is to avoid a cat while navigating through a Bingo card. During the course of the game, the player must also position the bird so that the cat will fall down into the holes that appear in the Bingo card over time before the player-controlled bird does the same. If this does occur, the player will lose a life.
