Pan (パン?) is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball universe; Dragon Ball Z, as well as Dragon Ball GT. In the series, she is the granddaughter of the series main protagonist Son Goku. Pan's ancestry comes from both humans, and the extraterrestrials called the Saiyans, which becomes the primary race throughout the Dragon Ball galaxies. Out of all the Saiyan descendants in the original series, Pan is the character with the least amount of the Saiyan heritage; being one quarter Saiyan and three quarters Human.

Pan is the daughter of the first Saiyan Human hybrid to appear in the series, Son Gohan, and his full human wife named Videl. In the original Japanese anime, she was voiced by Yuko Minaguchi, while she is voiced by Elise Baughman in the Funimation dub of GT and Kate Bristol in the Funimation dub of DBZ. She is voiced by Caitlynne Medrek in the Blue Water Studios redubs. In the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z, she is voiced by Brenna O'Brien. Pan's name is the Japanese word for bread,[2] continuing her father's food-based name.
