I saved the image from the above URL, reduced the resolution 50% in Irfanview and saved as JPG with quality 85%. I believe this image qualifies as fair use in order to identify said game within the context of critical commentary and because it is a low resolution copy and I believe it does not infringe on the copyright holder's ability to profit from this videogame.
