Pamela ("Pam") Bustin (born April 24, 1967 in Somerset, Massachusetts) is a former field hockey defender from the United States, who was a member of the US women's team that finished fifth at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.
Bustin is currently the head coach for the University of Louisville Cardinals field hockey team in Louisville, Kentucky.
