Pam Roach (born 1948) is an American Republican politician and a Washington State Senator representing the 31st district.

Senator Roach and her husband, Jim, have been married for 33 years. They have five grown children, one of whom (Dan Roach) is a member of the Washington House of Representatives.

Senator Roach is a former KIRO Weekend Radio Show host. For 16 years she worked as a legislative assistant and aid to former Senator and King County Council member Kent Pullen.

Roach is the recipient of the 2008 Fuse "Fizzle" award. The Washington-based online advocacy group recognized Senator Roach for her "profanity–laced tirades, hard line support for gun rights, and conflicts with her own staff and party leaders."[3]
