[edit] Little Thurrock or Grays

The post code does not have the precision to distinguish between the adjacent settlements of Grays and Little Thurrock. The 6" Ordnance Survey map shows that the land on which Palmer's College was built was in Little Thurrock. Rjm at sleepers 06:30, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

I belive we should just agree that palmers is in Grays as it says Grays in the address given by them in my Palmers Student Planner. However it might be that Little Thurrock is within the Grays area such as South Stifford, Grays? May I also add that palmers was built many years ago and boundries change. htmlland.net 09:40, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

Grays and Little Thurrock are two of the settlements that make up the present unitary authority of Thurrock. The postal address is unreliable for location becase the Post Office uses Post town which may not have any relationship to geographical location. How about something like "the postal address is Grays, although the building is actualy in Little Thurrock"? Rjm at sleepers 06:45, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
