I have changed the name of Anand Ashram Convent English High School to Anand Ashram English High School as it seems to be mistakenly reffered as a convent when actually it isn't. Can some one confirm this?

Yes the current correct name is "Anand Ashram English High School" the school used to be "Anand Ashram Convent English High School" until 1991 or 1992 when it was run by Daughters of the Cross. The administration was handed over by the Daughters of the Cross to another group and Convent was removed from the name at that time.
