The first-sentence description seems out of date, or at least unclear. It currently reads: The Palestinian National Council (PNC) is the parliament in exile of the Palestinian people. The problem with this is: 1) it actually meets in the Palestinian territories these days, not "in exile"; and 2) the Palestinian Legislative Council is generally recognized as the parliament of the Palestinian people. --Delirium 23:52, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
