Palmetto High School is a high school located in Palmetto, Florida. The school's athletic teams are known as the Tigers, and the school colors are red, white, and black. The school's principal is Debbie Valcarcel. The school currently serves over 2,000 students in grades 9 through 12. Palmetto High School was originally opened in 1957 and rebuilt in 1999. The school's JROTC program (known as the Tiger Battalion) is one of the best in Florida.
