Palma Ceia is a neighborhood located west of downtown Tampa, Florida and is bounded (according to the Palma Ceia Neighborhood Association)by W. Neptune Street and San Miguel Street to the north; Bay to Bay Boulevard and El Prado Boulevard to the south; MacDill Boulevard, Dale Mabry Highway, and Himes Avenue to the west; and the South Crosstown Expressway to the east.
