Pallanzeno is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 120 km northeast of Turin and about 25 km northwest of Verbania. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,200 and an area of 4.4 km².[1]
Pallanzeno borders the following municipalities: Beura-Cardezza, Calasca-Castiglione, Piedimulera, Seppiana, Villadossola, Vogogna.
