Pallacanestro Trieste 2004, also known for sponsorship reasons as Acegasaps Trieste is an Italian professional basketball team from the town of Trieste.
In 2007/08 season it will play in the Italian Serie B2 (fourth-highest level division).
It was established in 1975. It has reached the Korać Cup final in the 1993/94 season and played in the top Italian division Serie A in 1982-86, 1990-97 and 1999-2004. Another team from Trieste, Società Ginnastica Triestina, played in Serie A from 1930s to the 1960s, winning several Italian championships in the 1930s and 1940s.
