Pallacanestro Messina

Pallacanestro Messina, also known for sponsorship reasons as Sicilia Messina was an Italian professional basketball team from the town of Messina.
It has been established in 1976. In 2003/04 season it has played in the top division of Italian basketball, Serie A, but took the last, 18th place in the league. After that season it has gone bankrupt and is currently defunct. It has also been known, due to sponsorship deals, as Ina Sicilia Barcellona (1999-00) and Media Broker Messina (2000-01).
