Pali is a town and a nagar panchayat in Hardoi district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census^[2], Pali had a population of 15,527. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Pali has an average literacy rate of 48%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 56%, and female literacy is 39%. In Pali, 19% of the population is under 6 years of age.
