Palaruvi is a waterfall located 35 km from Punalur, in the Kollam District of Kerala, India. Palaruvi means "Stream of Milk". The waterfall cascades from a height of 300 feet, and is a popular visitor attraction. Ayurvedic physicians sometimes prescribe a bath in the waters of Palaruvi.
