Palaruvi

Palaruvi is a tourist spot in Kollam district in the Indian state of Kerala. Palaruvi is located close to Kerala's border with Tamil nadu. The main attraction is a 300 foot-high waterfall.[citation needed] Literally translated, Palaruvi means "stream of milk".[citation needed]

Palaruvi is situated about 75 km from Kollam on the Kollam - Shencottah road.


Palaruvi is around 4 km deep into the forest from the NH 208.It is situated in and around the Thenmala Eco Tourism Project.
