Palaiochori, Palaiohori, Paleochori or Paleohori (Greek, Modern: Παλαιοχώρι, Ancient/Katharevoussa: -on meaning "old town"), older forms: Palaiochorio, Palaiochorion, Paleochorio, Paleochorion, Paleochorio, Paleochorion, Paleohorio and Paleohorion is a village in the municipality of Gastouni and the Elis Prefecture in Greece. Palaiochori is located about 2 km south of Gastouni, about 72 km SW of Patras, SE of Kyllini, 2 km W of Saravali and about 30 km NW of Pyrgos. Palaiochori are linked with three roads, one to the beach and another to Kourouta. The Pineios River flows northwest near Vartholomio. Palaiochori is west and southwest of the GR-9/E55 (Patras - Pyrgos - Kyparissia - Methoni).

The population are mainly rural with only a few businesses around the area mainly in restaurants. Forests dominate the southeastern, the southern and the northwestern parts while farmlands and groves covers the rest of the area around Palaiochori and mixed to the south. Its beach is located near Savalia's and sea shells in the mid-2000s has also seen on some farmlands within the shoreline. The nearest train station is in Gastouni.
