Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for your additions to Swimming, especially the Template:Swimming styles. I should have thought of that a long time ago, great idea! I fiddled around with the template a bit, I hope you like it. Best wishes, -- Chris 73 | Talk 13:32, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 2006 U.S. Open - Men's Wheelchair Doubles for AfD
Hi, you created the 2006 U.S. Open - Men's Wheelchair Doubles last month. It has recently come up for AfD review here. I've voted to keep it, but it would be a shame for this not to be completed. Would you be interested in completing the table as the original author? Best regards Khukri (talk . contribs) 12:54, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
- I need to get around to finishing the draw sheet, but life has intruded thus far. –Pakman044 11:21, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Zablocki v. Redhail
Hi, Pakman044. I made some edits to your article on Zablocki v. Redhail, including putting it in the proper categories. I also listed the article on List of United States Supreme Court cases from the Hughes Court through the Burger Court. I haven't done much as far as grammar & spelling, but so far I haven't seen any truly atrocious problems in those areas.
By the way, I'm a law student, and I am involved with WikiProject Law and WikiProject U.S. Supreme Court cases. If you are interested in joining either of these projects, we could certainly use the help.
If you have any questions for me, just leave them on my talk page. Thanks. --Eastlaw 08:57, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Swimming WikiProject.
Dear Pakman004,
I am trying to start a WaterSports Wikiproject. I got this idea when I noticed that the Phelps page did not have a picture, even when it was a featured article on the main page, and when he broke the world record. Swimming/WaterSports needs a hub of workers to help with swimming related articles. The project would include long and short course, along with water ballet, syncro, diving, water polo, open water and the players of those sports. It's all up for discussion. If you are interested in helping out, please add your name to this list and add any comments you might have. (I could really use your help, you have done great work on record times on stroke pages!) See you around the pool, --wpktsfs 03:56, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Mainpage date in articlehistory template
Hi, Pakman ... I see you've been listing mainpage dates in {{ArticleHistory}}. SmthManly (talk · contribs) has been doing that forever, and I just realized he's been missing in action for a few days; hopefully, he'll be back soon. In the meantime, I finished up the mainpage dates that are scheduled (through May 8), and corrected some errors you entered. You only have to put the date; don't put "today", "tomorrow", etc. The template automatically calculates the correct wording based on the date given. Thanks for catching the missing ones ! If you see that SmthManly doesn't come back, you might be interested in continuing ? Regards, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 18:52, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- That's a plus from a maintainability standpoint. –Pakman044 18:53, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- Right — that was the idea. The wording goes from "will appear" to "today" to "appeared". I hope SmthManly comes back; I'm concerned that he may have left because I see one of his Featured Articles is at WP:FAR, and he hasn't been on Wiki in over a week. Normally, he would have told me, I think. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 18:55, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- Manly's back! SandyGeorgia (Talk) 13:47, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WS Collaboration project
G'day, this weeks Wikisource collaboration project is G. W. Bush and I see that you have contributed to this page in the past. It would be great if you could put some time this week into this very prominent person who is relevant to us all, as we need help identifying important works that should be transcribed.
