Most if not all, the notable (or encylopedic) information for such a minor species in the Babylon 5 universe is already included on the main page. Radagast83 21:52, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

I disagree, and believe a short article is perfectly appropriate for the fictional race. If you disagree about their importance, that's an issue for fandom but not information.--Primalchaos 02:00, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Yes, race names are usually capitalized, but in this case, the creator of the race writes this race's name, and only this race's name, in lowercase. See, for example:

• "...the Hyach, the pak'ma'ra, a bit more on Minbari culture..."
• "...such as the Gaim and the pak'ma'ra..."
• "...if it were the Drazi rather than the Markabs? ... cut out the pak'ma'ra as primary..."
• "The pak'ma'ra are indeed tech scavengers..."
• "...there's the Drazi..., the pak'ma'ra..., the Abbai, ..."

This makes it pretty clear to me that this specific race is an exception to the rule. --Psiphiorg 16:02, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
