Pakistan International Public School & College, usually abbreviated to PIPS, is a private school situated in Abbottabad, a military town in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan.

It was founded in 1983 by Brig (Rtd). Ijaz Akbar, who until then had served as the principal of the boys section at Army Burn Hall School, also in Abbottabad. He would later hire some of the teachers from Army Burn Hall in his new school. Brig (Rtd) Akbar had previously also been a principal/housemaster at Military College Jhelum.

The school, like many others in Abbottabad, is divided into separate sections for boys and girls. The school and college showed excellent results from its starting years and dominated the Abbottabad educational board exams. The school and college both provide boarding facilities to students from all over the country as well as a sizable number of students from abroad, mainly the UK. The college achieved impressive results in School Certificate/O'Level (known locally as 'Senior Cambridge'), F.Sc/Intermediate and Matriculation exams. The college is now administrated by Brig. (Rtd) Akbar and Brig. (Rtd) Ehsan. Currently, there are over 2000 students studying in the school, about 1000 in college, with a highly qualified faculty of 100 teachers. One of the best school and college of Pakistan[citation needed] PIPS has now been managed by two son's of brig Ijaz Akbar, his elder son Farrukh Ijaz a civil engineer graduated from Punjab University and master from USA and his younger son Manzar Ijaz a well renowned doctor[citation needed].and the first batch of o levels was started by brigadier ehsan in 2004.

The boarding house and college is situated on a small hill near the Mandian area of Abbottabad.

The college has a few other branches nationwide, notably in the cities of Gujranwala, Gujarat, Haripur, Sargodha and claims to be one of the largest private boarding schools in Pakistan.and this school is co education for both girls and boys until six grade and after that girl remain in this branch and boys are transfered to the pips boys in madian near kaghan coleny and is the best college and school in pakistan there are many people who come from different parts of country to study in this college because of its reputation.and every college branch is up to fsc
