Paion or Paii (Greek: Παϊων) is a municipality in Achaea, Greece. Its 2001 population was 2,579. The seat of the municipality is in Dafni. The municipality was created after the Greek War of Independence and was abandoned in 1912. It returned in 1998 under the Capodistrian Plan.

Aroania has schools, a few lyceums (middle school) a gymnasium (secondary school), churches, banks, shops and a square (plateia). Its nearest university are northwest with the University of Patras and southeast with the University of Peloponnese (secondary), its hospital is in Patras or Aigio.
