Painkillers is the second EP recorded by Babes in Toyland. It consists of the outtakes from Fontanelle and live version of Fontanelle called Fontanellette. It was produced mainly by Jack Endino and Kat Bjelland, and released 22 June 1993 by Reprise Records.

- In early 1993, the band broke up for several days before re-forming to record Fontanellette and then "hit the road" with Lollapalooza 1993.
- "Fontanellette" is a live recording and contains the songs Bruise Violet, Bluebell, Angel Hair, Pearl, Blood, Magick Flute, Won't Tell, Real Eyes, Untitled Track, Spun, Mother, and Handsome And Gretel.
