The use of this image in List of FoxTrot family members to illustrate and identify the character qualifies as Fair Use. No free image of this comic characters exists nor could one be created. The image adds to the article by clearly identifying the subject and providing a visual representation of her appearance which is discussed in the article. As a comic strip character the specific realization of her image is an important part of the character and removing this image would detract significantly from the article.
