[edit] Hardware

  • To be manually checked, deleted or moved to article's talk page:
  • IBM POWER - This article includes quite a lot of errors, is incomplete and badly structured. I think it needs some heavy lifting to get it right. I've included a list of errors and other things that needs to addressed in the Talk section –– Henriok 15:57, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
  • Front side bus - Needs much general updating in lieu of advances such as the AMD64's memory system, and other expansion. Crusadeonilliteracy 14:30, 27 Jan 2004 (UTC)
massaged somewhat, might need some more from a user who knows about PC fans.. --Francisco Del Piero 14:27, 11 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Took a go at it. Cleared up a lot of issues but someone else should take one last crack. --Zytsef 12:33, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

  • To be manually checked, deleted or moved to article's talk page:
  • MySpace -- Being such an important cultural phenomenon (something along the lines of millions of users) I think this article is in need of some professional attention. As it stands, the prose is mediocre, but it is still far from being very readable or informative. Let's give this article the attention it deserves. Slugmaster 00:17, 4 Jun 2005 (UTC)
  • Write Open Story -- someone has replaced the article with stupid nonsense

[edit] Software

  • ISeries -- This page is basically just a list of features and I think really needs to have the useful parts merged with AS/400 and then be changed back to a redirect to AS/400. See my comments on the talk page for more detail on the matter. I would do it myself, but would like to at least get some other users' input (preferably the main authors of the article) before deleting it. -- uberpenguin 05:35, 2005 Mar 20 (UTC)
  • Object-oriented software engineering -- surely there's more to say here. What are the features of the method? What about Grady Booch and James Rumbaugh? Gazpacho 02:22, 30 July 2005 (UTC)
  • XyMTeX should be expanded. Particularly, the new TeX markup it uses should be described in detail, possibly on XyMTeX markup. --Eequor 17:42, 20 Jul 2004 (UTC)
  • Similarly with PPCHTeX and PPCHTeX markup. --Eequor 16:08, 23 Jul 2004 (UTC)
  • Winsock - way out of date, contents c+p from FOLDOC, all external links dead --Kwi 23:34, Mar 24, 2004 (UTC)
  • VSIP - Is this an ad that should go to VfD? Or is it a notable piece of software in its own right? P Ingerson 13:49, 16 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • X Window System protocols and architecture - is not technically complete, is full of holes. In particular, the extension mechanism needs explanation - David Gerard 11:03, 26 Jan 2005 (UTC)
  • MicroC/OS-II - Not an encyclopedia article, but rather a text dump of the specification and source codes. - Mike Rosoft 19:34, 20 Mar 2005 (UTC)
  • PyMusique - Not a very important article, but could use some sprucing up. --Mrmiscellanious 21:14, 21 Mar 2005 (UTC)
  • Gutmann method - needs the attention of someone with some time to research the stuff properly and write it more competently. Lacks coherency. Orborde 04:55, 22 Apr 2005 (UTC)
  • MilkDrop - Currently a stub, this should be at least the size of AVS, since they are both bundled with Winamp. --pile0nadestalk | contribs 15:31, 19 July 2005 (UTC)
  • Infostructure needs some attention in its description of software, which sounds too technical. JoaoRicardotalk 05:15, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
