The Page Refubishment template message is placed at the top of a page if it is getting refurbished (will look totally different after the refurbishment is over). The tag is intended to inform people that someone is currently working on the article, thereby reducing edit conflicts.
User/User Talk Namespace: Only the user should place and removed this tag.
Other Namespaces: Remove if tag is left on for over 3 hours.
If this will take a very long time, consider using {{underconstruction}}. To use, just add {{PageRefurb|USERNAME}} at the top of the article you want to work on. Please remember to remove the tag note as soon as you're finished editing.
