[edit] Pago Pago

Pago Pago is not a city. I have lived here for 7 years now and I have never heard of anyone calling the village as Pago Pago City! It is a village; not a city! --Weekeejames 01:30, 4 February 2007 (UTC) Hello.

I wisted Pago Pago frequently form 1988-1993, while as served as a Chief Officer on a Norwegian tanker ship(s) M/T "Osco Stream", M/T "Osco Star" and M/T "Osco Sky". The vessels was owned by Osco Shipping Oslo-Norwy and was on charter by Shell Australia. I found the place nice and quite, very friedly peoples. We was serving different island in the Pacific Ocean as, Fiji, American and Weastern Samoa, New Calledoni, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and even the Salomon Island. We also used to have different ports around Australia and Singapore. I remember this time as one of my very best time at sea, and I still miss to sail in these areas. Our bert was located at the Rainbow Hotel, wheremwe used to discharge, Gasoline, Diesel oil, Jetfuel and Fuel oil. Since that time I have been sailing in differet companies, and today I sail as a Captain onboard and Product/Chemicalie tanker in the Northern European waters.
