Pafawag

PaFaWag (Państwowa Fabryka Wagonów - National Rail Carriage Factory) is a Polish locomotive manufacturer in Wrocław.
The factory opened in 1833 as Linke-Hofmann-Werke, Breslau. In 1953 PaFaWag introduced the EP-02, the first Polish electric locomotive. In 2001 PaFaWag was bought by Bombardier.
The main products:
- locomotives,
- bodies,
- frames,
- running gear for locomotives.
PaFaWag also is the producer of first Polish modern "fast locomotive" EP-09 .
