Paemani

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Paemani (or Poemani) were a Germanic[1] tribe of Gallia Belgica most probably located in the present-day Famenne region of central Wallonia [2]. The region is known for its Neolithic megaliths. The name Famenne itself derives from Paemani.
