In the phrase, "Former deputy Prime Minister Shri Yashwantrao Chavan, laid the foundation of the college," did the deputy Prime Minister actually lay the foundation, or metaphorically? If it is the former, please change the wikilink to point to foundation (architecture). If it is a metaphor, consider linking to wiktionary, or removing the link altogether.
