Padshahan

Padshahan is a village and Union Council, an administrative subdivision, of Chakwal District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan, it is part of Chakwal Tehsil^[1] and is located at 33°1'0N 73°1'60E^[2]. It is the second big Union Council of District Chakwal. Ch. Sarfraz Khan is the Nazim of Padshahan, before him Qazi Muhammad Shafiq Ranjha was the Union Council Nazim of Padshahan who is the nephew of Lt. Gen. Rt. Abdul Qayum who is ex. chairman of POF Wah and Pakistan Steel Karachi and he was also Military Secretary of Benazir Bhutto, the Ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan. There are two big parties in Padshahan. The leader of one party is Ch. Sarfaraz Khan and the leader of other one is Khan Nasir Khan Pathan. (From Muhammad Muneeb Aslam)
