Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (PCCE) is a private engineering college in Verna, Goa, India. The college is affiliated to Goa University, Taleigao, Goa, and all the programmes are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is a sister institute of Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Vashi, Mumbai and Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, Bandra, Mumbai. The college is a part of Agnel Technical Education Complex, Verna, Goa. PCCE is the first and foremost private engineering college in the state. Students of PCCE are also known as Pacers.

The college is named after Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues, a patriot and founder of Agnel Ashram, who died in 1984 after making a notable contribution in the field of Technical Education of the at national level. Rev. Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues was a rare visionary and freedom fighter possessed with unbounded energy and resoluteness of purpose. Under the inspiration of this charismatic founder, the Agnel Fathers (the trustees of Society St. Francis Xavier Pilar) realized that their contribution to the process of nation building would be through the spread of facilities for technical ducation and accordingly acquired experience in providing technical education facilities through the establishment of Technical Educational complexes in different part of country. It is remembered that then Director of Technical Education of the State of Maharastra, Prof. G. Kadu in his oration at the funeral of Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues, called him a Saint of Technical Education.
The college was established in the year 1997 to meet the growing needs of technical man power of Goa as well as in other parts of the country. The main aim was to provide quality technical education in addition to inculcating proper values and sound character to its students . It is the only private engineering college in the State of Goa. The college imparts technical education that is practical oriented .

The college has various associations and linkages with industry and other organisations, such as a memorandum of understanding with National Institute of Oceanography to name the only one. Many workshops, seminars and field visits are organised in coordination with industry.

PCCE is a relatively young college and the alumni have already made their presence felt in industry. PCCE students are considered to be technically very sound. Being affiliated with Goa University, a university with a four star rating from NAAC, the students answer the same exams as the government engineering colleges.

By Road: The college is conveniently situated on National Highway 17 at Verna between the Panaji and Margao cities. It is about 5 km (3.2 miles) from the Margao Bus Station and 27 km (17 miles) from Panaji Bus Station. The College is also located very close to the Electronic City at Verna.
By Rail: The college is about 8 km (5 miles) from Margao Railway station.
By Air: The college is 18 km (11.5 miles) from Dabolim Airport at Vasco, Goa.
