Padgate railway station is a railway station in the Padgate area of the east of the town of Warrington, north west England. The station, and all trains serving it, is operated by Northern Rail. It is 23 km (14¼ miles) west of Manchester Oxford Road on the southern route of the Liverpool to Manchester Line.
Services are approximately hourly in each direction, towards Warrington Central and Liverpool Lime Street to the west and towards Birchwood and Manchester Oxford Road to the east. The station is closed on Sundays.
This station is unstaffed, hence passengers boarding at this station must purchase their tickets from the conductor on the train.
The station building is of typical Cheshire Lines Committee design and is currently vacant.
