[edit] Citizenship
Is he Filipino, or otherwise, as his filing under the Foreigners in the Philippines category suggests?
- I trust his classification as “Spanish-Filipino” in the opening paragraph answers that.
[edit] POV
I've tagged this article with the NPOV tag because something doesn't sit quite well: more than half of the article discusses the defense which, upon reading carefully, was made after the judgment has already been finalized by the Philippine Supreme Court. Most of the links are also sympathetic to the defense; it's not that I'm judging the person, but this article's point of view can also be balanced by how the media (local and international) has reported his case. Thanks --- Tito Pao 12:31, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- Please feel free to post links and other info to balance the article.--Jondel 12:22, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Treaty in force
The Treaty just signed is a mortal blow on Thelma Chiong, the mother of the 2 murdered by the accused.
