the pacarana

 The pacarana is said to be a huge guinea pig or a porcupine without quills. But it isn't. It is a pacarana. 

It weighs up to 33 pounds. and is 31 inchesin length, not including the large, furry tail.

The pacarana is found in valeys with many trees or on mountain slopes. It lives in natural crevices, which it makes bigger by using it's powerful claws.

The pacarana is a slow moving, nocturnal, herbivore. It eats mainly plants.
