"Pack Your Bags" was the second single from Joanne's 2001 debut album, Do Not Disturb. It was released on March 15, 1999. It debuted and peaked at a low #54 on the ARIA charts, Joanne's lowest selling single to date.
[edit] Song Information
Though it wasn't as successful as the past hit Jackie, Joanne enjoyed the Pack Your Bags experience, especially the video clip. It involved non-stop dancing in an abandoned warehouse with no windows, in 44º heat! (That's Brisbane for you). The heat was unbearable, but somehow the song got Joanne through it and so did the cast. By 5am, they were delirious, but still smiling and still singing the song.
