The Pacasmayo Province is one of 12 provinces of the La Libertad Region in Peru; also Pacasmayo is the name of one of its districts.

- Guadalupe (Guadelupe)
- Jequetepeque (Jequetepeque)
- Pacasmayo (Pacasmayo)
- San José (San José)
- San Pedro de Lloc (San Pedro de Lloc)
